History

University of Central Florida graduate Ray Bazzi founded Executive Source, Inc. in 1987 from a one-bedroom apartment in Orlando. In the years since, ESQ has grown to become one of the largest computer companies in Central Florida. Recently, the company changed its corporate name to ESQ IT Solutions to better reflect its growth in IT Services and better position itself in the markets it serves.

ESQ's first major client was Osceola County Public Schools. Bazzi filled the school district's order by recruiting a few friends to help out. The relationship with the district grew, eventually resulting in ESQ being selected to serve as a preferred vendor in equipping all of Osceola schools' computer labs. As word about ESQ's products and services spread, the company took on more school district clients and created its niche in the educational market.

In 1991, Bazzi moved his company into an office suite in Winter Park. As orders began to mount over the next several years, Bazzi found himself renting every suite in the entire office building. That's when he knew ESQ needed a place to call its own. In 2000, ESQ moved to its current 9,000-square-foot headquarters in Orlando. Originally providing products and services to the educational marketplace, the company has expanded its service offering to include IT solutions to governments, small and medium-sized companies, and educational clients.

Now one of the fastest-growing computer companies in Central Florida, ESQ provides services to all size business – large and small – as it expands into new markets, builds faster, quieter machines and broadens its outsourcing services to include IT assessments and personalized instruction to clients. ESQ places a premium on hiring the best and brightest employees. Continually training in new technologies and emerging operating systems, the ESQ team's goal is to be recognized as the experts in IT solutions.

Beginning as a homegrown business, ESQ has cultivated strong ties to the Central Florida community. A member of the Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce and CAFÉ (Community Alliance for Education), ESQ also is committed to quality education in Central Florida's schools. The company has been integrally involved in a number of educational initiatives, including equipping computer labs in elementary, middle and high schools, providing teacher training on computer applications, and instituting a high school internship program.
